Berkeley Cardiovascular Medical Group (BCMG), formerly located at Alta Bates Hospital, now has offices in the Broadway-Webster Medical Plaza across from the new Alta Bates Summit Medical Center Patient Pavilion in Oakland. We accept referrals from Sutter Health, Brown and Toland, Hill Physicians Medical Group and most insurances. We are are available 24 hours, 7days a week at both Alta Bates and Summit Medical Center campuses. Pharmacy, radiology, LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics outpatient labs, and a six story parking structure are available for your convenience in the Broadway-Webster Medical Plaza. We have on site parking for your convenience.

Berkeley Cardiovascular Medical Group will see you in consultation if you are referred by a primary care physician. Our Testing Office is located adjacent to our medical offices. The results of the examination will be sent to your personal care physician.

At the time of the scheduled visit, please bring any medical records and all of your medicines with you.

For billing purposes, please bring all of your insurance information (cards, referrals, forms, etc.) with you. This will enable us to bill your insurance company directly. If your insurance requires prior authorization from your primary care physician, please let us know at time of scheduling. Failure to do so could mean having to reschedule your appointment. If there has been a change in your insurance, please notify our front office staff.
