Robert M. Greene, MD, FACC is a principal investigator in the TIMI trials, sponsored by the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston since 1991. Through his leadership Alta Bates Summit Medical was the first hospital to link with EMS 12-lead field ECGs. In 2008 the American Heart Association recognized his contributions to the advancement of cardiovascular wellness in the East Bay community with their annual "Heart of Gold Medical Honoree Award." He is the Physician Advisor for Sutter Health's Cardiovascular Services, and specializes in complex coronary interventions, and trans-catheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). Dr. Greene is board-certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology.
